Making a Claim

If you wish to make a claim under your policy, you are strongly advised to contact STERLON Underwriting Managers Ltd. before consulting with a lawyer.

Step 1:
Policyholders are advised to contact STERLON, using the toll-free number located in your policy.

Step 2:
Once merit has been established, a file will be opened and you will choose your lawyer from our panel of lawyers who have been selected because of their expertise in matters directly concerning policyholders.

Step 3:
STERLON will put you in contact with that lawyer.
